ABOUT CINTRON MEDICAL
Cintron Medical Corporation was founded in 2006 and officially opened January 2007 in Westminster, Colorado by three founding partners, Jay Palace, Steve Durnil and William Bowers. This team has over 25 years of experience and enjoys a strong, positive reputation that comes from partnering with both large and small companies.

STEVEN L. DURNIL, President, brings more than fifteen years of domestic and international business experience in plant operations, finance and quality operations for multiple industries and has spent the majority of his career in turnaround and restructuring situations for operating plants in need of sales and profit improvements.

As Chief Executive Officer of Fischer Imaging from 2005 through 2006, Steve was involved with the overall business operations, liquidation of major product lines and services, and various government compliance agencies. Prior to Fischer Imaging, Steve was a senior manager for Hitachi consulting, providing services in the high-tech manufacturing sector. He also served as general and operations management in various manufacturing industries including high-tech, automotive, medical and commodities.
Steve has successfully managed and created profitable and sustainable business operations in facilities both in the U.S. and abroad. He has expertise in manufacturing, finance, operations and compliance.
Steve graduated magna cum laude from Regis University with a BS in Finance. He currently manages the business and operations of Cintron Medical Corporation.
WILLIAM J. BOWERS, VP of Product Development & Consulting Services, brings over 30 years of research and development experience in the medical field, with an extensive portfolio of products still being used in the marketplace.

As Vice President of engineering and product development, Bill has comprehensive experience using his electrical and biomedical engineering background in the design and commercialization of a diverse range of product areas including electro-surgery generators, stereotactic breast biopsy systems, radio frequency refractive surgery, LED light therapy devices, laser light therapy devices, ultrasonic devices, iontophoresis drug delivery devices and RF energy-based skin rejuvenation systems.
Bill’s extensive knowledge expands into the clinical testing of these technologies and regulatory requirements. With over three decades of research and development experience exclusively in the medical field, Bill provides in-depth knowledge of design and is actively involved in all phases of Cintron Medical’s product development process, from concept creation to design for manufacturing.
Bill graduated from Lake Superior State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology and Associate Computer Engineering Technology, with additional graduate level courses in Electrical Engineering and MBA Programs through CU at Denver. He currently holds 5 completed patents.
